<h2 style="text-align:left">Insurance and Reimbursement</h2>
<p class="normal" style="text-align:left">Currenlty approved as In-Network services for:</p>

<li class="normal" style="text-align:left"><strong>United Behavioral Health/Optum</strong></li>

<p class="normal" style="text-align:left">Upon request, we are able to provide "<strong>Superbills</strong>" to clients wishing to seek reimbursement from their insurance provider.</p>

<h2 style="text-align:left">Cancellation and Rescheduling</h2>
<p class="large">All changes to scheduled appointments require a 24-hour advanced notice in order to avoid a rescheduling fee of <span style="color:#ecf0f1"><strong>$25</strong></span>. </p>
<p class="large">Arrivals later than 15 minutes after the scheduled time will be subject to cancellation and considered a missed appointment.</p>
<p class="large">A missed appointment with no prior notice will be billed at the full rate.</p>
